Jeremy Hoofnel
Jeremy photo above is in his 10th year as a Teamroc Fitness Client. His work ethic is unmatched. Jeremy has accomplished so many goals and overcome so many obstacles during our relationship. Including Jumproping continously for 2 hours 5 min years ago at our prior Teamroc Jump-Rope-A-Thon In Benefit Of The Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center ; that has now pivoted to our Annual Teamroc Jump-Rope-A-Thon In Benefit Of The Sexual Assault Survivors. Additionally, Maria pictured with Jeremy Jumproped 2 hours 19 min showing so much mental resilience. Both started at 100 Reps in their first training session with Teamroc Fitness.
Jeremy also maxed out at 1 thru 18 on 1 Jumping Jack/ 1 Push-up. 1 thru 18 is an incredible feat that alot of Professional Athletes may have difficulty accomplishing. Jeremy started off training 1-day a week, to 2-days a week. Then moving to 6 days per week for years. My guy has donated thousands of dollars each year to my Annual Teamroc Jump-Rope Athon In Benefit Of The Sexual Assault Survivors, his heart is huge always giving back to our community. One of my best moments with Jeremy in the gym. When he first joined Teamroc Fitness, his footwork needed alot of work. As we work diligently together to correct this. His wedding came and it was an awesome wedding for Kaisa and I to have the privilege and honor to witness Jeremy and his awesome wife Jessica get married. As I watched Jeremy and Jessica dance at their wedding. Tears ran down my face seeing him dance with his wife Jessica. ( I recall messaging Jeremy’s wife on fb; “Jessica I did that dance” lol. But, really, my guy is there day in and day out! As a client, a mentor and good friend! Thank you sir, for helping and providing for TEAMroc Fitness making it what it is today and helping me grow, mature making me a better and stronger trainer, businessman, father to my daughter and husband to my wife!
Maria has always been so resilient and hard working training at 530 am and 7pm in the evening. Always making health and fitness a priority in her life. Fun moment with Maria is when she invited Kaisa and I to eat dinner at her house with her Mom and Father. I actually was able to witness after meeting her Mom and Father where her extraordinary work ethic comes from and how Teamroc Fitness benefited.
