Teamroc Fitness was originated and founded in 2001. Roc began positively impacting individuals as a personal life coach. 10 years after, Roc developed the Teamroc Training method. He moved his philosophy, research, and studies to the fitness industry in Dallas, Texas.

In 2011, Roc’s hardcore strength and conditioning methods, rigorous training sessions, and demands of goal setting became popular in the area fast. Weight loss, muscle toning, and increased sports performance in combination with implementing a clean, healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle became a way of life for all Teamroc clientele.

Early beginnings of Teamroc training implemented rigorous training of pro athletes, MMA fighters, UFC fighters—some of the best in the world! Fighters immediately took to Teamroc training for vast results of extreme weight cutting to “make weight” at the weigh in to be able to fight at the weight sanctioned by the contract. Most fighters walk around 30-40 pounds heavier than fighting weight and struggle to cut weight.

Teamroc Training and Roc’s strategies and principles are meant to challenge each individual physically and mentally first. Specific fitness goals, such as weight loss, are secondary, yet in this approach, these goals are easily achieved along with overall strength, speed, stamina, and power.

This method not only was not only popular in the sports industry, but poured over into the personal fitness side as well.
