In 1998, Teamroc Fitness training was originated. Here in the DFW metropolitan area, Roc has trained, mentored, and positively impacted the lives of thousands of people regarding health and fitness. His approach, ability, and versatility of working with all ages, genders, and human anatomies is his expertise.
Roc began training and experimenting with human anatomies in 1998, and he has trained individuals as young as 4 years of age ranging up to 101 years of age. Roc also has experience in group fitness within senior living. Roc trains clients with temporary and permanent injuries; obesity; amateur as well as pro athletes; and hard-working professionals from all walks of life. Roc is very active in the methods he trains. Everything he coaches, he does in his personal life. His motto: lead by example!
Roc’s philosophy is to make progress with each set and accomplish a goal with every workout! Roc is patient, and he enjoys building a relationship of mentoring clients and taking healthy feedback, then applying to make you the best you can be.
Roc began training and experimenting with human anatomies in 1998. Roc has an extensive sports background of football (12 years), soccer (7 years), baseball (10 years), track (8 years), speed skating (6 years), and boxing (15 years). During this timespan, Roc learned and developed many proven training strategies and techniques from many different professionals, coaches, and trainers, some of whom are in the hall of fame honors. Roc incorporated and applied all his experiences along with his education of scientific principles into the health and fitness industry today.
After 19 years of data, experience, education, and proven results, Roc Hance chose a career in personal training to obtain the satisfaction and gratification of knowing he has positively impacted a person’s life. Roc enjoys being a positive role model and helping a person reach life changing goals to assist them personally, including in their family lives, careers, health, and spiritual lives. Roc aims to positively impact the lifestyles of his clients. To help people is the greatest feeling in the world to Roc.
