Each year, Roc conducts his Annual Teamroc Jump-Rope-A-Thon in Benefit of Sexual Assault Survivors. The event was originated and organized by David “Roc” Hance to give back to the community in a positive manner through health and fitness, namely a Jump-Rope. A utensil that tremendously helped Roc mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In 2011 when Teamroc Fitness was formed in its early stages. Roc maintained a vision and focus to give back to the community / Sexual Assault Survivors in a positive manner.

In 2010, Roc witnessed and listened to the testimony of a sexual assault survivor. The testimony of the traumatized survivor made an immediate impact on Roc. One he will never forget. It became his mission, passion and focus to assist and positively impact sexual assault survivors one day. So, Roc kept that promise to himself when put in position he would reach out and assist them. He found Ms. Bobbie Villareal who was the Executive Director for the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center; an Organization in Dallas, Texas that provides help for Sexual Assault Survivors. After several interviews with Ms. Villareal Executive Director of DARCC; Roc picked the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center as the beneficiary for his Annual Teamroc Jump-Rope-A-Thon in 2014.

– Anyone close to Roc, knows his passion through health and fitness is helping build people up like he once did for himself. I have wanted to create a separate website solely for The Teamroc Jump-Rope-A-Thon in Benefit of Sexual Assault Survivors and our non-profit Teamroc Positive Impacts.

However, my client in which I work with and train each day gives me the very best, most intelligent perspectives in life through their lessons on life. I have the privilege of learning from during our training sessions each day. One of my extraordinarily hardworking and most intelligent clients I train with her and her husband. Gave me the advice to run my Teamroc Jump-Rope-A-Thon in Benefit of Sexual Assault Survivors through my Business website. So, people who are not aware of my background in fitness would be. Therefore, as you see I took this advice. Here we are!
